Capture the highligts of Philadelphia, including the Liberty Bell, with this pattern; designed for a raw edge appliqué, but can be adapted to needle turn as well. Fabric requirements include a variety of pieces no larger than 20" x 18" for the appliqué (sky, water, grass, stripes, buildings, Liberty Bell, skyline shadow); 1/3 yard for the scalloped border; 1/2 yard for the outside border; 1 yd x 18" of Steam a Seam Lite 2; 1/3 yard of fusible stabilizer; 27" x 33" of backing fabric; and 26" x 32" of batting. 'Philadelphia City Stamp' finished quilt is 24" x 31", designed by Debra Gabel of Zebra patterns.
