Using the Simplicity Studio Simpli-EZ Bias Ruler or Simplicity Rotary Cutter Machine, cut strips on the bias, 2 1/2" (64mm) wide. Stitch strips together diagonally to get desired length. Follow directions that come with the machine for making bias tape. The fabric strips for quilt binding will be inserted into the side of the tip, for folding in half only.
