This pattern includes the complete instructions to create all four pillows shown. The appliqué is completed using raw edge appliqué & the pillows have been machine quilted. The sky is the limit with these design and you most certainly aren't limited to making them up as pillows. They would make fabulous wall hangings or quilts - the heart shaped design in the largest pillow would make an amazing center block for a fantastic medallion quilt.
