Fabric requirements include: 15 to 20 fat quarters for balloons; 1 yd each two blues for background/sky; 8 fat quarters 4 light, 4 dark for setting blocks; 1/2 yd border; 1/3 yd white; 1/3 yd black; 4 yds backing; 4 yds paper-backed fusible web; 3 yds lightweight tear-away stabilizer.
