45" wide Insul-Bright, a needle-punched, polyester insulating material with mylar, ideal for home sewers and crafters. Heat-Resistant and great for pot holders, oven mitts, and casserole covers. Insul-Bright is heat-resistant only - it is not heat-proof or fire-resistant. Use of an extra layer of cotton batting is recommended for pot holders and oven mitts. Use caution when handling hot surfaces with any insulated fabric craft project.
