I love everything about eQuilter. The search engine on the website is awesome, the prices are good, the quality of the fabrics is excellent. The images are accurately colored, so I always know what I am getting. I especially like how eQuilter makes a donation to a charity I choose. The customer service is excellent, and I also like how the invoice in my package always has a handwritten thank you on it. The shipping is prompt and the fabric is carefully packaged. I work in a quilt shop, and when a customer comes in and can't find what they want in the shop, I always recommend eQuilter.

eQuilter.com is an integral part of my fabric shopping. The fabric selections are "giganti-normous"! I do my best to support my local quilt shop, and although the shop is excellent, it is a 30 minute trip (one-way), so when you factor fabric price+gasoline vs. fabric price+shipping, eQuilter becomes a good alternative fabric source. Did I mention the huge selection of fabrics? :) eQuilter is my go-to choice when my stash is empty of a certain color group. I can visit the site and in no time at all have different fabric designs in the colors I need. Perfect example: My niece thought she was having a baby boy, so the whole room was done in navy with a nautical theme. And then, oops, she delivered a baby girl! Their request for the baby quilt suddenly changed to a twin size bed quilt done in navy & pink with a nautical theme. Say what?! I was low on both colors, so I just clicked my way to eQuilter, browsed for a while, and purchased several half yards of each color so I could have enough to make a chevron striped, scrappy quilt. The cost was reasonable, 2% of my money is given to a charity of my choice, and the fabric is delivered to my home. I love Luana and her people!

You have such a wonderful site. The colors of the fabric are exactly the same as what you get. I love the design board and quilt programs. My fabric is always just what I ordered and it is wrapped and has a personal note on it. I like that if I want something mailed faster, you can do it. I also talked with a representative on the phone and she was so helpful. I can't tell you how many people I have referred to your site. Just recently I was flying from Indy to Houston and my seat partner was a quilter for Houston. I told her about you and she wrote your site down and was so glad to know all that you do. Excellent service! The staff make every effort to help. Recently wanted an out of stock item and after I made my request I had a prompt answer, follow up email to say the item had been ordered and then another email when the item was received with the order number for me to purchase the item. The project was my first quilt which was a tee shirt quilt for my granddaughter. I learned about eQuilter from a friend and explored the fabrics with much pleasure. Using the design board with the fabrics purchased from eQuilter that reflected the High School colors, my daughter (her Mom) designed a great quilt that turned out to be king plus size. It was a great experience and a joint project as all three generations had a part in creating a memory, teeshirt quilt. Now I check eQuilter several times a week.

As usual, receiving my order from you was like getting a wonderful Christmas package in the mail. The fabric was folded and packaged beautifully and there wasn't a wrinkle in it. The best thing is that the fabrics are even more beautiful in person than on the computer screen, and the quality is always first rate. No matter what my yardage is, I always wish that I had ordered more once I see it in my hand. Getting that little personal message on each invoice makes me feel like I am shopping at my local quilt shop and dealing with people that really love what they do and show it through the service they provide. Although I don't need much encouragement to order, thank you for tempting me regularly with your newest products. The only problem that I have ever found with eQuilter is there are so many gorgeous fabrics to pick from, and so little storage space in my sewing room!
